An artist’s career is not the sum of individual releases. Management builds the long-term direction that connects them.
We work with selected artist projects; the measure is continuity, not volume. Release planning, live calendar and partnerships are parts of one strategy — when one runs ahead of the others you produce motion, not a career.
Most of this work is invisible decisions: what not to do and when, which offer to decline, which moment a release should wait for. Someone has to carry those decisions so the artist can stay on the work.
