Funk Is Not Dead

- Ethio Brothers entered the music world as a fictional four-piece funk band formed in Ethiopia in 1973. In 1974, the band's first album, "Funk Is Not Dead", was released. This album was considered a groundbreaking work that combined Ethiopia's musical heritage with funk, soul and jazz elements. The album, which drew attention with its guitar riffs, saxophone solos and strong rhythm sections, resonated in the African funk scene and earned the band international recognition.
